Does multiculturalism transcend time and space?

 In China, some scholars believe that multiculturalism has the value of "overcoming time and space". In response to this point of view, this article analyzes the limitations of this theory and policy, taking into account three aspects of group rights, emphasized by multiculturalism, recognition of cultural differences and
practical conditions, and on this basis puts forward different views on the universality of multiculturalism.
